01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Relief Medical Center website and to appointment requests you make through it. Relief Medical Center (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a medical clinic at G8, A Block, Al Diwan Towers, Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Street, Al Nakheel 2, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
02Medical information and emergencies
The information on this website is general and for information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and it does not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Please do not delay seeking care because of something you have read here.
In an emergency, call 998 or go straight to the nearest emergency department. Please do not use the website form or WhatsApp for urgent medical problems.
03Appointment requests
Submitting the request form is a request only. It is not a confirmed booking until our team confirms a time with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Availability depends on the doctor and department, so we may suggest a different time from the one you hoped for.
- Please give accurate contact details. We use them to reply to your request.
- If you need to speak to us sooner, you can call the clinic directly.
04Visiting the clinic
- Please bring valid identification, such as your Emirates ID or passport, and your insurance card if you plan to use insurance.
- Please arrive on time. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you can so we can offer the time to another patient.
- We ask all visitors to treat other patients and our staff with courtesy and to follow reasonable instructions from the team.
05Your care and consent
We provide treatment with your informed consent. For children, or for patients who cannot consent for themselves, we ask for the consent of a parent, guardian or legal representative.
Your doctor will explain your options. You are welcome to ask questions, take time to decide, or decline a recommended treatment. Results differ from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
06Fees, payment and insurance
Fees vary by service. Where possible, we will explain the expected charges before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise.
If you use insurance, your coverage, co-payments and approvals depend on your policy and your insurer. You are responsible for any amount your insurer does not cover. Please ask our team before your visit if you are unsure whether your plan is accepted.
07Your information
We collect and use your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Please keep the details you enter in the website form brief. Share detailed medical information with your doctor during your visit, not through the website or messaging apps.
08Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users’ information;
- interfere with the website’s operation or introduce harmful code;
- submit false or misleading information, or details belonging to another person without their permission.
We may restrict access to the website if these terms are not followed.
09Intellectual property
The text, images, logo and other content on this website belong to Relief Medical Center or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.
10Third-party links and services
The website may link to, or use, services run by others, such as maps, WhatsApp and online form tools. We do not control these services, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
11Limitation of liability
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or free of errors. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for loss that results from using the website, being unable to use it, or relying on its general information.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a patient, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “last updated” date. If you keep using the website after a change, we treat that as your acceptance of the updated terms.
13Governing law
